The mission of the Urban Land Institute is to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide.

Harnessing the potential of the creative class, ULI Los Angeles believes we can create a connected tapestry of eclectic places and rich environments through land use policy and development. Los Angeles needs a vision that is based upon new inputs of talent, human capital, and a creative competitiveness.
