On Thursday, September 27, over 60 people attended the ULI Los Angeles Young Leaders Group's first-ever educational workshop, which focused on commercial real estate finance. The contents of the workshop were aimed at those people just beginning their careers in commercial real estate or those individuals unfamiliar with commercial real estate finance. The workshop opened with a presentation by Young Leader John Chun, who is investment director with Hanover Financial Company.
