The house is increasingly becoming the American office, with about half of the nation’s businesses now being run from the home, according to the Census Bureau.

This ULI LA Case Study will examine the new wave of office development at Playa Vista. The panel discussion will focus on two mixed-use projects offered by Tishman Speyer and Lincoln Property Company, which together will ultimately result in over 3 million square feet of office, soundstage, and retail space located on approximately 79 Acres of land.

On Thursday, September 27, over 60 people attended the ULI Los Angeles Young Leaders Group's first-ever educational workshop, which focused on commercial real estate finance. The contents of the workshop were aimed at those people just beginning their careers in commercial real estate or those individuals unfamiliar with commercial real estate finance. The workshop opened with a presentation by Young Leader John Chun, who is investment director with Hanover Financial Company.
